My mission is to help nurses become the best version of themselves. I support them through the tough times they face in the profession, guiding them to a place of contentment, where they can live with drive, purpose, and passion, while creating a fulfilling career and life.

But I wasn’t always here. I worked 12-14 hour days, battling imposter syndrome and feeling like life was spiraling out of control. Collecting the next certificate and the next step I needed as I progressed in Nursing. I lacked self-belief and felt the need to prove myself by constantly working harder. Mum guilt and perfectionism were daily struggles, and I felt immense pressure to do it all and make it seem like I had everything under control—even though I didn’t.

Through my own journey of rediscovery, I learned that it’s possible to reclaim your power, set boundaries, and live a life filled with joy, clarity, and balance. Now, I’m dedicated to helping nurses do the same, supporting them to avoid burnout, regain balance, and create a life of freedom and fulfillment.

WHat is hypnosis?

Hypnosis is the process of inducing a state, involving focused attention, reducing peripheral awareness, and the enhanced ability to respond to suggestion.

is coaching the same as therapy?

Coaching is not the same as therapy and is not a replacement for therapy. Coaching focuses on creating change, with accountability and action steps.

How many sessions do i need?

This is all about you and together we can come up with a personalised plan and approach that works for you personally.
